We recommend using it every other day. Your skin will have a natural glow after each session for 48 to 72 hours. The idea is to repeat the sessions until you get that glow over a longer period of time. Of course, you will see results if you use it less often, but they won't be as dramatic.

Your skin will look different after the very first treatment. The skin will be softer, better hydrated and will have a natural glow.

LEDs were developed by NASA. Astronauts are used to treat themselves in space with this technique. After many studies it has been proven that LED light is not dangerous because it does not contain UV rays.

Yes, there are no restrictions on skin color.

The safety of this product for the eyes is certified. FDA and CE markings guarantee the safety of this product. The mask includes protective eyewear but it is really just to fight against the brightness of the LEDs and enjoy a more comfortable and relaxing light therapy.

LEDs have been used in professional centers for several years and no side effects have been noted since then. On the contrary, LED users find them very relaxing and pleasant.

Returns & refunds

The conditions of sale are automatically accepted for all purchases made on the site www.thebelskin.com

Belskin aims to ship all orders within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the order, so no changes can be made after you place your order. All cancellation requests will be reviewed as soon as possible, and if the order has not been submitted to our warehouse, we will process your cancellation if possible. All emails regarding cancellations should be titled "Cancel Order" in the subject line of the email. Please include your full name and order number in the body of the email. Cancellations not titled in this manner will not be refunded.

Belskin will only accept a return, exchange or refund if the products are returned in their original packaging and condition within 14 days of receipt of the package (including Saturdays and Sundays); no refunds will be issued for products that are opened or returned damaged or for which the request for a refund is made after the deadline.

To return a product, please contact info@thebelskin.com. All shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer. If the purchased product is damaged, please email us at info@thebelskin.com before returning the products and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

As we process and ship all orders as soon as possible, we do not accept any address changes once your order has been placed. All change of address requests will be reviewed as soon as possible, and if the order has not been submitted to our warehouse, we will process your cancellation if possible. All change of address emails should be titled "Change of Address" in the subject line of the email. Please include your full name, order number, and corrected shipping address in the body of the email, and we will do our best to update your contact information before your order is shipped. Change of address emails not titled in this manner will not be processed.

If your order is held in customs, it is the responsibility of the buyer/customer to contact their local customs and arrange for customs clearance of their order. Belskin is not required to contact customs officials or refund orders refused by local customs and returned to Belskin. Belskin provides all necessary documents to clear each order through customs.

Once the order is submitted, we cannot change the shipping type or change/add products to your order.

If your package is marked as "delivered" by the local postal service, but you do not physically have your package, it is up to the customer, not Belskin, to contact the local postal service to follow up on the issue. If the local postal service and the customer do not resolve the discrepancy, Belskin is not required to refund or return your order, but we will work with you to resolve the situation.
